This is a 4-month immersive Fellowship (two in-person-Full day Sessions and 4 online 90 min sessions) that focuses on - Purpose, Opportunity, Development, Empowerment, and Results (P.O.D.E.R), with Interactive sessions that use the “Teach, Learn, Practice” model.
