In the 26 years to 2017, as part owner and Managing Director of Ascot Lloyd, I helped build a £20m+ turnover financial services business through business growth and acquisition. Steering the business through a period of rapid growth, numerous regulatory changes and an aggressive mergers and acquisitions strategy provided a great learning experience.
The sale of the business has enabled me to now work with others interested in improving and/or growing their businesses
