There is a new Fast Foodie in Town, open to serve in down town Copenhagen. Serving local Bowls and Buns. Welcome to Poke & Sons, where our vision is to redefine the fast casual dining experience by embracing high quality products and aesthetics with a great price. We made some choices when we are creating our dishes and carefully picking our suppliers. We use nordic produce and organic Lemonades, Fish from our own regions and we are choosing NOT to serve avocados from Mexico that causes deforestation or Mangos from the Philipines or fish from the pacific . Small steps in a ever journey to become a more sustainable restaurant operator. We are proud to be the newest addition to the foodie scene in Copenhagen, and our passion lies in crafting delicious dishes with a nordic local twist spiced up with the rich tastes of asia. Why can´t fast food casual dining not look great ........ Aesthetics in our restaurants with danish furniture design classics, your dish served in a colourful bowl, not in a paper tray and minimising single use plastic in both inhouse dining and our take away packaging are some elements we want to add to your Poke & Sons experience.
