The Group has started a restructuring process in which its investments in Turkey will be gathered under Pol Holding A.Ş. (Turkey) umbrella while international investments on the other hand will be organized under Pol Investment B.V. (The Netherlands).
In the early years of 1980s, the Group owned and operated gas/petrol stations and it was later involved in international trade activities of various goods and materials and textile industry. The group has extended its regional focus in 2003 by entering the Iraqi market and became one of the important players in Northern Iraq in steel and energy production sectors.
