Pol-Nil SA is a private company operating on Polish market since 1991. We assist our domestic and foreign customers in sourcing the raw materials for pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industry.
We cooperate with worldwide network of reputable producers and suppliers of highly qualified raw materials. Our reliable sources of supply allows us to guarantee deliveries of products with repeatable high quality and with proper documentation required by the local regulations.
We meet the requirements of the EU Directive 62/2011/EU and the amended Polish Pharmaceutical Law. We are company registered in the national register of Active Substances Manufacturers, Importers and Distributors and in the European EudraGMDP base.
In addition, we are authorized by the Main Pharmaceutical Inspectorate to act as the importer and distributor of active controlled substances. We meet the legislation requirements concerning storage and person responsible for the control of such products.
To offer the better service and to build long-term business relations with customers based on professionalism, reliability and integrity the staff of Pol-Nil constantly improve their qualifications and skills. We also guarantee the adequate logistics by keeping own warehouse (Good Distribution Practice coherent) and by cooperating only with forwarding agencies that secure transportation in adequate conditions.
The main goal of our activity is satisfaction and confidence of customers, obtained by providing high quality products and services. The tool we use to achieve it is implemented, maintained and continuously improved Quality Management System based on ISO 9001: 2015 standard.
