In our years of experience we have come to appreciate the inherent risks involved in all forms of pressure testing. Our highest priority is in the safety of our personnel. During our risk assessments, we take into account all factors that could affect their safety and the safety of our clients assets. We use only NATA certified testing instruments and all of our equipment is calibrated on a regular basis.
Our equipment is specifically designed with testing large HDPE pipelines in mind, and we offer the most cost effective alternative to smaller pressure and transfer pumps commonly used in pipeline testing. We currently use positive displacement pumps that provide an ACTUAL flow of 120 l/min @ 1000 psi and Hydraulic fill pumps that produce 40 psi at 2000 l/min. These figures are based on real world flow & pressure measurements whereas some companies base their figures on pump manufacturer ideal specifications.
We have tested lines from 1 m³ to 1,200 m³ – 63 mm to 710 mm and have successfully adopted pigging techniques that allow us to dewater multiple branch gathering systems.
