POLAR has identified a market opportunity to improve the high performance computing space through the development of highly efficient, flexible and scalable solutions based around field programmable gate array (FPGA) technology to penetrate multiple markets that are experiencing growing global demand for computing power, including AI, ML, 5G and telecom, FinTech (HFT), healthcare, video rendering, military, etc. POLAR's business model is supported by three pillars: (a) sales of ready made solutions that combine hardware with software developed for a specific purpose in mind; (b) software development and sales (application-driven development of custom IP cores); and (c) research and development into new hardware and software solutions based around the latest Intel FPGAs that aim to address pressing needs in the high performance computing industry. POLAR is currently seeking investor support to help it launch its proprietary twin Intel FPGA Stratix 10 device ahead of the competition.
