Polaris is the annual mass media festival of Wilson College, located opposite Chowpatty, Girgaon. Polaris is one of the first media festivals in Mumbai, as well as the longest-running festival since 2000. Polaris is one of the rarest festivals to have its mascot, Polly, the purple cow. Over the years, Polaris has graced many media professionals and known personalities, as well as hosted numerous exciting and engaging events!
Polaris MMXXIII returns after a three-year sabbatical and is ready to create a ripple through the media industry. This year, Polaris aims to go waste-free, by using digital boards and biennale-style decoration. Polaris also has plans to host workshops with media professionals, social activity day and a Polly Parade, before the two main days, 27th and 28th July. Polaris is back to its full glory, and invites all mass media students from Mumbai!
