Le Pôle est une coopérative de solidarité qui a pour but de soutenir l’entrepreneuriat agroalimentaire ainsi que le développement socioéconomique de la région. Les membres de la coopérative ont un accès privilégié aux différents services et infrastructures du Pôle, selon leur type d'adhésion.
Tous les membres peuvent utiliser Du terroir à l'armoire, plateforme de commande et réseau de distribution de produits locaux.
Les utilisateurs producteurs ont aussi accès aux infrastructures du Pôle :

- Local réfrigéré C1 pour la transformation de la viande
- Espace du marché public de Lotbinière
La coopérative soutient aussi ses membres par le biais d'événements tels que brunchs et soupers où les produits de ses producteurs sont à l’honneur.
