Policy Lab (P-LAB) is a boutique firm for innovation in the public sector and for the promotion of government entrepreneurship. P-Lab, albeit a young innovation boutique firm, is helping to make the governance shift a reality.
Our atelier approach is critical to tackling the systemic complexities of governance. We employ prototyping and iteration, and prioritize empathy, co-creation, networks, and experimental dynamics in the process of design, implementation and evaluation of public policy.
We partner with governments and the society to tailor innovative approaches to the creation of public and social value. We help understand complex situations for public policy, support developing skills in public entrepreneurship to solve public challenges, encourage collaboration in putting together solutions, foster network decision-making processes with public and social engagement, and facilitate risk assessment, management and evaluation of highly innovative public policy process. We strive to infuse communities and local government with entrepreneurial energy.
