Polish Properties Sp. z o.o. was established in 2004 in response to demand from both private and institutional property investors seeking a discrete property due diligence and valuation service in Poland. Our valuers have many years experience in complex property valuations. Since 2004 we have valued approximately 2000 properties to a total value of Euro 25 billion including 500 offices, 350 residential estates, 200 warehouses and industrial properties, 430 supermarkets and shopping centres, 80 hotels and recreational properties and 460 development sites. During the last few years our team has advised private investors, investment funds, property companies, banks, residential and commercial developers and law firms (in connection with litigation and arbitration procedures).
