Thermoplastic parts: through our injection molding machines, we can support our customers in the development and production of plastic parts from a few grams up to 10 kg.
Parts made from solid by the machining process: Thanks to our 14 machining centers, we can make any product. Starting from solid blocks of materials such as: carbon, steel, aluminum, plastics, resins.
3D made parts: through professional printers, we make parts with the best 3D printing technologies.
Carbon parts: We start directly from solid blocks or through the press production process. In the latter case, we are competitive in the production of parts in Press Pre-pregg and in carbon forged.
Molds:
- racing sector: resin molds or models, aluminum molds or models, steel molds (invar)
- automotive/medical/electrical and many others: molds for compression technologies (SMC, HP-RTM, Press-Pregg..) in aluminum or steel (1.2311, 1.2312, 1.2738, 1.2343..) and molds for injection technologies (thermoplastic and thermoset, rubber) in aluminum or steel
Quality Control: with a view to continuous improvement of the production process of molds and finished parts, but also to better support our customers, we have equipped ourselves with an innovative technology in the field of 3D measurement tools and scanners: Creaform's METRASCAN 3D, the fastest and most accurate tool available on the market today for use in work environments.
Reverse engineering: we can obtain files in .stl format that communicate immediately with 3D printing machines, manipulate and make complex class A surfaces in order to obtain the virtual product starting from the initial physical product.
Collaborating with universities allows us to be a practical and innovative reference point.
