Polity Action Lab (PAL)

We aim to build support systems that create leadership pathways, mentorship opportunities, and alternative political collectives for local women grassroots workers of a political party. At the core of this intervention is research- grounded in the lived experiences of party workers to better understand how women participate in civic life, engage in community problem-solving, and imagine their roles in broader political, social, and public spheres. Our experimental approach follows one simple rule: design for party workers by listening to party workers.
