Poliver has been producing unsaturated polyester resins since 1980. At first, it started as a factory of the company Quarella S.p.A. and as from September 2006 it has been a separate company. Thanks to the enlargement of the factory the production capacity has been increased to 37.000-40.000 tons/year with a nameplate capacity of 56.000 ton/year. Standard production batches are 10-12 tons or 24-27 tons. We produce the several types of resins: Adipic, Alkydic, Isophtalic, Isophtalic neopentyl glicol, Maleic, Orthophtalic, Orthophthalic flexible, Styrene free. These products can be supplied as pre-accelerated, tixotropic and UV protected. The experience gained inside the Quarella group, leader in the marble-resin and quartz-resin production, allowed us to put resins formulations right suitable for a use with high concentrations of mineral fillers (carbonate, silica, etc.). These families of products are generally used in abrasives, agglomerated marble blocks, buttons, corrugated sheets, gel coat, household, laminated sheet, marine, pipes, poles, pultrusion, putties and mastics, quartz slabs, smc-bmc, tanks, transport, varnish. The size of our organization allows us to be very flexible and grant a high quality service to our customers because we can create a tailor-made resin to each client’s requirements and for any type of product application.
