Polka Dot Fox Coffee and Micro-bakery

The Polka Dot Fox is a family owned coffee and bakery on W. 7th Street in Joplin, MO. Cleverly named by our (then) 6 year-old daughter, we serve locally roasted fair-trade and organic coffee beans, organic teas, and hand-crafted artisanal baked goods that are prepared fresh from scratch daily in our limited-capacity commercial kitchen. We opened our doors in February 2015 and have been revenue positive from day one, utilizing social media as the sole means of promoting our business. With room to seat about 20 people, the "Fox" is a charming addition to a growing 'foodie' scene in Joplin, focused on organic and regionally grown ingredients, while redefining what dietary restrictions can taste like by exploring decadence in vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and nut-free cooking methods. We also serve eggs, dairy, and meat-based sweet and savory treats.
