When developing our homes we take each property back to brick and use quality materials and finishes throughout as our aim is to minimise our maintenance and disruption to our housemates. Pollen is a new concept in CoLiving. Tailored for today’s busy young professional who wants to cut the admin and get on with living, our homes are fully-furnished and designed to make your life easier, more relaxed and enjoyable. These are fully furnished homes all you need is your belongings, just wheel in your suitcase and relax.
