Our second project, Sylva, is the world's first non-alcoholic distillery & maturation lab, where we turn grain & wood into delicious sipping spirits. Nature nerd & maker Ben goes to extreme lengths finding, selecting & preparing local & exotic cereals & woods before using a pioneering production process to create dark, rich, flavour-led sipping spirits. Our first release, PADAUK, sold out, our second release HAZEL is now available to pre-order.
