Through our App we will keep you up to date on your local, state, and federal elections as well as propositions, bills, and all other issues that will affect you and your community. But none of this is possible without you. That's that, the real MVP is YOU. Back when our country was founded we all knew our elected officials personally. You could speak directly or have your inquiry answered personally by your representatives. Our world has changed and is much bigger, but we are much more connected. Pollitics is a tool that we can use to inform ourselves and keep our elected officials in check. Pollitics allows us to make sure our elected officials look out for the interests of the PEOPLE. The goal of Pollitics is to 1. Educate the public on political issues. 2. Aggregate the data and make it transparent to discover public opinion (I.E. The will of the people) 3. Create a nonpartisan, non-profit company which cannot be hijacked by special interests 4. Create a system where the public can hold politicians accountable 5. Allow the user to discover his or her own political leanings
