Pasta Company POL-MAK S.A. is currently the third-largest producer of egg pasta under its own brand in Poland. It was founded in 1995 as a sole proprietorship by Grzegorz Polak and has since grown into a thriving enterprise employing over 130 employees, currently managed by the founder's son and President, Dominik Polak. This pasta factory never rests on its laurels. In addition to traditional pasta, the product range includes items such as: •Just the Way I Like It pasta, a unique product designed for second-course dishes containing eggs. •Whole-grain pasta, •Gi Pasta with Low Glycemic Index, developed in collaboration with the University of Environmental and Life Sciences in Lublin as a response to the needs of individuals dealing with diabetes, insulin resistance, or overweight.
