PolyCo also utilizes Alchemy-SpeTec foam to stabilize soil and lift concrete that has sunken or is cracked due to poor soil conditions or existing voids below the concrete. Removing and replacing the concrete is expensive and requires a significant amount of time to complete. Poly foam addresses stabilizing loose soil and sealing cracks where soil may be escaping through existing structures.
