Experience
Each member of our team has over 10 years of experience developing patent and trademark portfolios. Our clients have ranged in size from early-stage startups to Fortune 50 companies, and have also included universities and national labs. We have represented clients such as Boeing, Salesforce, Novellus/Lam Research, Cypress Semiconductor / Infineon, Canoo, Quantum Scape, Amprius, UC Berkeley, and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. We have also represented many early-stage startups, including some with successful exits in the $100M+ and $1B+ range, in part due to their IP portfolios.
Support
We leverage the latest tools to help our clients securely and efficiently build strong IP portfolios, including AppColl (docketing), SyncIDS (reference management), and ClaimMaster (patent drafting). Paralegal support is provided by Amber Lundy, who has over 10 years of experience assisting clients such as Salesforce, Boeing, and Disney. Business operations are managed by Dana Nguyen (JD), who has over 10 years of experience specializing in startup operations.
