As a Development Manager, PolyStar brings in to the Lebanese and neighboring Mediterranean markets its longstanding expertise and talent of its team in managing over US$ 5 billion worth of construction projects in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and currently in Lebanon, Egypt, Libya and Syria. In response to the rapidly growing tourism industry in Mediterranean region, PolyStar began its business activity by playing an active role in developing hospitality, leisure and entertainment market segments in Lebanon including resorts, hotels, shopping malls and parks. The firm has secured and is working on several jobs totaling 875,000 square meter of space in various stages of planning and development. Among its key projects are Platinum Tower and Le-Patio boutique hotel - both in Beirut, CityStars center in Cairo; Meridian Hotel in Aleppo and Hilton multi-use resort in Misrata, and City Fanar residential community center in Khobar.
