PT Polytama Propindo ("Polytama") is the producer of Masplene® (The product trade name), a high quality polypropylene (PP) resin. Started its first commercial production in 1995, Polytama is a subsidiary of TubanPetro, member of Pertamina Group. Polytama Plant is located in Juntinyuat Subdistrict, Indramayu, West Java. The raw material supply, the propylene gas with high purity, is obtained from Pertamina Refinery Unit -VI (RU-VI) in Balongan, Juntinyuat with current production 300,000 MT.
With our brand name product Masplene® which has long been known to customers, Polytama continues to develop to meet the needs of PP resin in Indonesia. Masplene® products are high quality PP resins produced by Spheripol from LyondellBasell, one of the world’s best processing technologies in the world. Its products have the flexibility of being adaptable to customer needs despite being of different grades. Customer satisfaction has always been the main focus of Polytama.
As one of the biggest petrochemical industry, which focusing in PP industry, Polytama contributes to advancing the petrochemical industry sector through the Balongan PP Plant project expansion. On the other hand, Polytama also concerns about the environment in educating stakeholders regarding how to use plastic wisely.
