POLYURETECH Srl specializes in the manufacturing of tailor-made mechanical components Moulded or Coated in Polyurethane (PU) and Rubber.
The Company produces a wide range of applications such as Coated Rollers and Wheels [Max Ø 2.000 x L 8000 mm], Coated Grippers or Plates, Moulded Seals and Profiles, Rings and more, all customized according to Drawings.
All of the Metal Inserts to be coated and Moulds as well are manufactured in-house, thanks to a fully equipped Mechanical Workshop that operates in close cooperation with the PU and Rubber Processing Plants.
Plastic Parts are also processed internally with special machining systems.
Polyurethane and Rubber compounds suitable for contact with Food and Pharmaceutical Products [USA FDA 21 CFR, CE Regulation EN 10:2011] or for use in ATEX environments are available, along with a related Declaration of Conformity.
