Pomsky Games was founded in 2020 Our mission is to create video games that promote love for nature, self-care, and mental wellbeing. We believe that gaming is an art form with a social purpose.
We are a small team based in Toronto, Canada, but we work with team members from all over the world. We are diverse, multicultural, and multiracial, and our backgrounds and interests are reflected in the ethical games we make.
In 2020, we launched our debut game, Bubblesome, which promotes conservation by assisting sea creatures and clearing ocean litter.
We're developing "The Light Within," a mobile game with a biracial protagonist and queer characters. It's about mental health, featuring non-violent puzzle-solving mechanics that offer real-world tools. The main character, Erin, faces different mental health issues in her inner world and eventually overcomes them.
We were Ubisoft Indie Series finalists in 2022 with The Light Within's early version.
