Pomum Cellars nurtures from soil to stemware a true expression of American made wine grown in the unique and outstanding viticultural areas surrounding the majestic Columbia River in Washington State. Located in Woodinville WA, their philosophy is simple, make the wine during the growing season by closely working with our estate vineyard manager as well as other vineyard partners that own parcels of older vines in unique sites, allowing to refine the style and continuously improve quality. Konnowac Vineyard is Pomum’s Estate vineyard. The vineyard Is located at more than 1100 ft elevation in the northwest corner of the Rattlesnake Hills AVA within the larger Yakima Valley AVA. Wines made from Konnowac fruit show unique personality yet maintain focused varietal purity. Konnowac fruit is the source of the majority of our Bordeaux and Syrah wines.
