Pool Check NZ

As of 1 January 2017, all residential pools and small heated pools (spa pools) in New Zealand must be inspected and approved every three years. MBIE estimate that there are 60,000 residential swimming pools and 100,000 spa pools in New Zealand. All need to be inspected every three years. This has to be done by an Independent Qualified Pool Inspector (IQPI). Pool Check NZ Ltd has optimised systems to deliver a Building Code F9 inspection and IQPI Report. We focus on; 1. having a unique, stress-free, fixed-price service that is attractive to customers 2. being affordable 3. having an informative website Domain and Company name that is highly descriptive of the service we offer 4. We have a unique and comprehensive electronic approach to compliance that provides the customer with a permanent electronic record 5. We meet and exceed all of Council’s requirements for information 6. We can manage a customer’s subsequent 3-yearly inspection, notifying them and completing an update inspection 7. We have outstanding customer interactions with both pool owners and Councils. 8. We use social media extensively to promote our service. We work with councils as business partners in a co-operative way. Our business model is that we operate an integrated, seamless, paper-less, automated and aggregating IQPI Report process. This uses photogrammetry and technical measuring tools. 1. All inspection elements are combined into an IQPI Report 2. A single electronic file (pdf) is created from all the components in the IQPI Report for submission to Council 3. The IQPI Report is submitted electronically to Council, and 4. Copied to the customer. 5. The IQPI Report is retained by Pool Check in cloud storage 6. Bring-up dates for 3-yearly re-inspections are identified.
