POP'T is an online bakery specializing in nut-free baked goods that instantly satisfy your nostalgic sweet tooth. POP’T works direct with customers and wholesale partners. As a self taught baker by night and brand manager of innovation by day at an agency, Lily launched POP'T BY LILY in March 2018 to create a business that can help provide a safe place for those with the same nut allergy as her, while also putting a fun twist on her favorite childhood desserts. POP'T’s delicious treats have made public appearances at the Dessert Goals Festival in Long Island City (NY) and Los Angeles with over 10,000 attendees, Smorgasburg NY and Smorgasburg Miami, and has worked with major brands for events, such as Yankee Stadium, Cafe Panna, Bloomingdales, The Knot, Brooklinen, Skadden Arps, Shopbop, Neiman Marcus and more!
