PopFoam is an Manufacturer of Injection Molded EVA Foam using proprietary closed-cell foam compounds customized for each of our customer’s unique requirements. We have US based Sales, Business Development and Engineering with production in Taiwan and China. PopFoam began in 1999 and our US based team of technical sales managers, designers and manufacturing engineers support companies with problems to solve in EVA foam molding. When a company elects to incorporate PopFoam, our team is available up to and after the product arrives on retailers shelves. Support includes design consultation, assistance with CAD files, production expertise, and troubleshooting. At every step, designers have the resources they need to optimize our foam material with their finished product. PopFoam leads the way in helping companies take their innovative designs into to production. PopFoam supported One World Play Project to develop/manufacture their innovative One World Futbol that is ultra durable, never needs a pump and never goes flat. We've produced more than 2 million balls to date and there's been no other product like it. PopFoam is the leader in the manufacturing of Injection Molded EVA Foam deep tissue massage rollers, numerous sporting goods applications, device protection, medical products, fitness products and many leisure products. PopFoam has developed compounds that are Certified Non-Toxic (PopFoam NT) that meet CPSIA regulations. We also recently introduced a high tear and tensile resistant compound (PopFoam UD) which is used in products that require a ultra-durable tear resistance. PopFoam is 100% waterproof, UV and Chemical Resistant. It also has greater Tensile and Tear strength than other foam materials making it exceptionally durable yet lightweight. The range of hardness and color specifications is nearly limitless and the production process enables unique design options.
