POP Gardens has been set up by Lynne Evans who wanted to combine her expertise in Occupational Therapy with her passion for the practical benefits of gardening to support wellbeing and recovery.
"I created POP BOX after running gardening and art groups in hospitals for many years and experiencing how stressful and time consuming it was for Therapists to access professional and effective resources.
Having used these activities for my training course I realised that everyone could benefit from these floral pick me ups. I wanted to combine my expertise in Occupational Therapy with my passion for the practical benefits of gardening to support wellbeing and recovery.
