Porterdale Business Consultancy works with small and medium sized businesses with all aspects of their business finance. We support business owners to improve their decision making, profitability, and cash flow. Practical support, strategic guidance and fresh thinking is delivered from a solid financial perspective. Most of the companies we work with have turnover of between £1m and £25m and don't yet have a full-time Finance Director. Based in Sheffield, UK, the majority of our clients are in South Yorkshire and Derbyshire. Typically, we work with a business for a day or two a month acting as a 'right-hand man' to the CEO/Managing Director. Around half this time is on site and the other half is spent providing guidance and following up on agreed objectives throughout the month. We can help you achieve in areas such as: - improved cash flow management - a fresh financial perspective on strategic and management issues - clear and focused management information to enable better business decisions - presenting your business to the outside world, including your funders, in the best possible way - introducing trusted contacts from a wide network, such as grants and alternative funding providers - a greater commercial contribution from your accounts staff Every business and business owner is different.
