Portfol™ software for economic development: loans and grants and much more! Portfol™ was created by the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) as a tool to manage its own economic development activities and Federally-funded loan programs. PIDC began licensing Portfol™ to other agencies nationwide beginning in 1997.
