The PORTIVA investment group was formed in June 2018 by the consolidation of assets and equity interests of the Group's shareholders in the field of energy and real estate. The history of the group dates back to 1995, when ELDACO a.s. was founded, which now forms the energy division of the holding with its 14 wind and photovoltaic power plants. In addition to renewables, PORTIVA also focuses on real estate and development projects, investment in manufacturing companies, and post-seed startups. The total volume of assets under management of the PORTIVA Group amounted to CZK 8.23 billion by the end of 2020. EBITDA aggregate earnings of companies in the group reached CZK 358 million in 2020.
