POSC Caesar Association (PCA) is a non-profit global-standardization member organization promoting the development of open, standards-based specifications enabling the interoperability between systems and players in the process and energy industry.
We are committed to maintain and enhance ISO 15926 “Integration of life-cycle data for process plants including oil and gas production facilities", a standard for representation of industrial information.
We develop, manage, and provide access to standard digital vocabularies (Reference Data/ontologies), built according to ISO 15926, including reference data ontologies in W3C's Web Ontology Language OWL 2 and compliant with an industrial top level ontology, enabling fully machine-readable information and automatic reasoning.

Access to our Reference Data Libraries (RDLs) is provided under the terms of the PCA Articles of Association, namely "Reference Data Libraries shall be open, i.e. they can be used by everyone for their own purpose, on equal terms".
