The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013 has created a comprehensive preventive and redressal system for dealing with the challenging issue of sexual harassment. The Sexual Harassment Act has imposed several obligations on an employer such as duty to constitute an ICC, duty to train the ICC, duty to conduct awareness and sensitization workshops for its employees and to create a sexual harassment policy, all of which falls under the bracket of POSH solutions.
