About PosiTeam Consulting & Training

PosiTeam was founded in 2010 to empower managers so that they may dare, and develop results-oriented leadership skills. We do so by giving them tools to strengthen and ease their interactions and management. PosiTeam co-founders Tammy Avigdor & Avital Brown, have experience of decades managing, coaching managers, and leading projects in the hi-tech industry in Israel and North America.
