We produce personal development programmes that enable children and young people to discover their potential, explore the world of work, build resilience and develop their employability skills. Programmes are funded by businesses as part of their corporate social responsibility activity and are gifted to schools in areas of interest to the business. This means that businesses can make a real difference to the communities they operate within. Based in Burnley, we provide programmes to schools across the UK. Our programmes are fully resourced and are delivered by teachers in the classroom. There is no training required and programmes are completely flexible, allowing them to tie in seamlessly with the current curriculum whilst providing an opportunity to open up with world of work, connecting business with education in a meaningful and easy way. At the end of the programme, impact reports are sent to both the school and the businesses, outlining the measurable impacts to pupils.
