About Positive Future Self
Positive Future Self has grown from being a one man operation (just me!) in 2016 to the thriving clinic it is today. We offer EMDR, Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Coaching, NLP training, Clinical Supervision and Neurotherapy. We look at evidence based and cutting edge research to find the best modalities in order to help the client achieve their goals. Working as part of the local community, we work in partnership with other organisations to ensure our clients get exactly the care, consideration and intervention that is tailor made to their needs.
