Positive ID Labels provide free ongoing support to all our customers as long as they buy their labels from us. Specifically, we provide lifetime servicing and support to pricing gun label customers. Pricing guns can be returned to us for free cleaning and servicing at any time. Sandwich labelling systems are supported online with free desktop support sessions.
