We take an intimate and personalized approach to your care. We just expanded and are now offering mental health counseling, massage therapy, acupuncture and naturopathy! We are prideful in realizing that an integrative approach to healing the whole body is necessary. More services to come! We are not shy about you being your authentic self. We honor this and use it to help you grow into the person you want to be, while working through the things that got you to where you are. We meet you where you are and work on the goals you want to achieve. We are LGBTQIA+ affirming, anti-racist, as well as poly friendly & kink aware. Our providers utilize a collaborative approach that allows you to explore the issues that may be causing you distress in your mind and body and provide the tools to work through those issues. We focus on the client as a whole and believe that whatever brings you to treatment, is deeply rooted in your life experiences. Positive Inner Self, LLC provides mind body healing to enhance your quality of life. Our focus in practice is to find your strengths and build on them. Individuals go far too long without hearing the things they are good at. While utilizing a relational approach, we help them identify their strengths. Then we use those strengths to reach your goals. Positive Inner Self therapists have worked with many different populations. While having been through many life experiences, we are able to empathize and align with our clients, allowing them to feel heard, respected, and cared for. We provide a safe space to share their innermost thoughts and secrets without any judgment.
