We need a cash flow forecast. Do you know how much profit you’re making? Let’s start looking regularly at your profit and loss report (which we will be delighted to explain in plain English). Does your pricing maximise profit? Let’s figure out the margins and see. And while we’re at it, let’s get some KPIs on the go because what gets measured, gets done.
