Each day you can enter 6 parameters – gratitude, mood, goal, weight, exercise and sleep. There are options to export graphs demonstrating the progress you made and post directly to social media (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram). The app is also intended for people fighting depression. It motivates them by showing a progress using positive elements in their lives.
