Post-Eat

Post-Eat is the first platform of certified reviews for restaurants and was created to eliminate the problem of fake reviews, which distort fair competition between restaurants and customer expectations. Each review is certified through the use of a QR Code, unique for each receipt. Each QR Code stores a huge amount of data that is extremely specific to each review, and related to the tastes and preferences of each customer. This data will be transferred to restaurants that join our platform by providing them with a 'Vendor Dashboard', which they can use as a daily tool for their business. In the 'Vendor Dashboard', restaurateurs will be able to monitor the data we collect in real time, receiving detailed insights and analysis on their business and customers. Furthermore, through the 'Vendor Dashboard', they will be able to receive and manage reservations, organise ordering and stocking of raw materials, manage staff and respond to all reviews received at any time. Post-Eat wants to offer a new concept of review. After the QR Code is scanned, it will be possible to post reviews in written or video format, and once the review is posted, the customer will receive rewards consisting of discounts in restaurants and app-coins spendable in various activities related to environmental and social sustainability. Users will receive continuous updates regarding their sustainable activities, in order to make them able to monitor their real impact on the planet.
