Postero (Latin for Future) has been formed with the vision of Putting Next Generation Digital technology to work TODAY. The themes we work on fall under one of two categories - either using cutting edge technologies to create disruptive customized solutions for existing businesses or identifying under-served business areas and building disruptive technology products to address them. Postero is following a Services Driven Product Development strategy. On the Services side, Postero offers Consulting Services (Strategy Consulting, Sales and Marketing Consulting, Technology Consulting, Operations Consulting and Delivery Management Consulting), DevOps Services (Open Source and Microsoft stack) and Testing Services (functional, mobility, performance and security testing). On the Consulting side, we are working on diverse assignments like taking a leading B2C retailer online; strengthening processes for a Education Services provider etc. On the DevOps side, we are currently working with the Node.js, Angular.js, Cloudant and Bluemix platforms for our customers. On the Products side, Postero is working on addressing a critical need faced by the Revenue Assurance (Talent Acquisition) teams of most organizations in India. The Product is a PaaS (Platform as a Service) offering that aims to bring down hiring time and cost by improving join to offer ratio and predict potential “infant mortality” cases. This Cloud based, subscription based service leverages a proprietary Predictive Analytics engine to help employers plan their recruitment strategy accordingly.
