As Co-owners and coaches for Potentials Edge, David and Aaron combined have over 30 years of experience working within Corrections supporting behaviour change and radical life transformation. They have experienced tremendous success as Probation Officers and Internal Coaches, and bring that success into their roles as accredited leadership coaches. Potentials Edge offers comprehensive and dynamic leadership coaching and development.
