Potomac Property Solutions was founded by Luis Galarza and Brook Mitchell in an effort to fill a void in the real estate market that caters to clients with special circumstances. Clients that can't afford the time and money that the traditional real estate sales process requires. Based out of Washington, DC, PPS purchases homes throughout the US: as-is, all cash, and a lightning-fast close. Clients are the #1 priority regardless of their situation.
