In March 2009, partners R. Lance Bennett, P.E. and Jamie T. Poulos, P.E., LEED A.P. perceived the need for a company that, while armed with the experience and expertise to develop sound land development projects, also fosters a culture of service in which all team members take ownership in the success of every client. In order to serve our clients well, the Poulos & Bennett team makes it a priority to remain current on civil engineering, water resources and land development related regulations, policy and legislation. Staying connected with local, state, and nationally elected officials is also important. Inspired by Winston Churchill’s famous words, “We make a living by what we do, but we make a life by what we give,” the partners have also made a commitment to provide a positive regional impact through community involvement, volunteer activities, and participation on community boards. Poulos & Bennett’s reach stretches across the state of Florida and has expanded beyond to the states of Georgia, North Carolina, and Louisiana, and across international lines to Poland.
