With the Pounce app you can easily find local adoptable pets based on the filters you set. So it’s easy to find the fur baby you’ve been looking for. Once you've found your pet match, simply hit Pounce! You’ll then be able to instantly connect and communicate with the adoption lister. Pounce is always looking for new adoption centers, rescue centers and pet organizations to partner and work with. According to the ASPCA, approximately 6.5 million companion animals enter U.S. animal shelters nationwide every year. Of those, approximately 1.5 million shelter animals are euthanized (670,000 dogs and 860,000 cats) each year. By supporting the use of Pounce and encouraging people and organizations to list their pets on Pounce we can increase in the percentage of animals being adopted and lower the percentage of animals being euthanized.
