PowderPlast At PowderPlast we are expert at dry powder milling (or pulverizing) of plastic resins. Using our many and unique milling operations which are strategically positioned around South Africa, we can accommodate our customer’s exact powder needs and specifications. PowderPlast regularly process resins such as LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, EVA, PP. The resin is milled into the required granular size and melt flow rate as prescribed by the customer. Particle size of the polymer resin is continually monitored and evaluated to maintain quality and integrity. Through the process of compounding, PowderPlast can extrude the resins and add pigments or other additives to meet the a coloured, homogenized blend as required. All colours are available as required including Natural, Granite, etc. Furthermore, a one-time foaming additive is available and is supplied in a compound form ready to rotational mould. PowderPlast is ready to carry out trials to test specific specialized requirements on behalf of our customer.
