Driven by a desire for improvement, early this year, we received the ISO certificate as a written proof of quality and organization. We own a Fluke DTX device for network certification (UTP and fiber optic), and a 3M device for connecting fiber optic cables. IT maintenance contract allows users to work undisturbed 0-24/365 days a year. Our contracted customers get the following services for free: • Help desk management (management and handling of service calls to reduce response time) • Preventive IT maintenance (cleaning IT equipment from dust twice a year) • Support call 0-24h
